Email support
info@baruzotech.comWe aim to reply within two working days. Telling us your device model and iOS version makes bugs much faster to fix.
Common questions
I lost my progress after reinstalling.
Progress lives in local storage on the device, so deleting the app deletes it. If you restored from an iCloud or encrypted iTunes backup made before the deletion, your stars come back with it. If not, email us. We can’t recover the save, but we can point you at the chapter you were on.
A level feels impossible.
It never is. Every loss in Fort Wars is a legible multi-wave fight, so check the floating numbers to see how many units actually arrived. Two things fix most walls: capture neutral buildings earlier so your production snowballs, and mass units at a forward building before you strike rather than trickling in. Dropping to Relaxed for one run also shows you the map’s shape.
Does the game need an internet connection?
No. Fort Wars plays entirely offline, forever. If a level is stuck loading, it is a bug rather than a connection problem, so please tell us which level.
Will there be an Android version?
It is planned. Leave your email on the home page and you will hear about it the day it lands.
How do I turn off animations or sound?
Open Settings from the title screen. Music and sound effects have independent toggles, and reduced motion turns off the drifting clouds, confetti and camera sway without hiding any information. Haptics can be switched off there too.
Reporting a bug
The most useful bug report tells us four things:
- The level number and name.
- The difficulty you were playing.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- Your device model and iOS version.
Screenshots help enormously. Send them to info@baruzotech.com.
